People simply call me Hafizh (huh-feez). I'm a person with many interests currently holding a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence. Making other people (also, machines!) understand things is something I want to make a huge living from someday. Currently though I'm a data scientist in one of Indonesia's five unicorns, conjuring insights and models from lakes of data.
I graduated from Murata Lab, Tokyo Institute of Technology studying polarization on online social networks under the supervision of Professor Tsuyoshi Murata. The lab specializes in network science, graph mining, and application of machine learning techniques (e.g. deep learning, embedding) on graph-structured data.
Having experienced short stints both in the academics and industry and realized the massive chasm between the two, currently I'm trying to study up on machine learning topics that can potentially bridge the two such as interpretable or computationally inexpensive machine learning algorithm. We can happily talk about these stuff and more via linkedIn or mails; you can reach me at hafizh (dot) adip (at) gmail (dot) com!
